Желатиновые капсулы с витамином А в масле — мягкие капсулы сферической формы, с гладкой поверхностью, без повреждений и видимых механических и воздушных включений.
Применяются при гипо- и авитаминозах, проявляющихся заболеваниями глаз, поражениями и заболеваниями кожи.
Хранятся в сухом, прохладном, защищенном от света месте, в упаковке, обеспечивающей стабильность – контурная ячейковая упаковка.

<span style=«font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: „Times New Roman“;»> Помещение для производства и контроля качества лекарственных средств должны отвечать требованиям: должны использоваться строго по назначению, должны быть достаточно просторными и оборудованы таким образом, чтобы предотвратить пропуск даже одной стадии в процессе производства, должны иметь гладкие стены, пол, потолки, двери с минимальным количеством выступающих частей, должны содержаться в безупречной чистоте, подвергаясь обязательной ежедневной и генеральной уборке, а также периодическому ремонту, могут подвергаться УФ-облучению для обеззараживания воздействием стационарных и переносных облучателей, должны иметь определенную освещенность, температурный режим, влажность воздуха и вентиляцию.

<span style=«font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: „Times New Roman“;»> Требования к подготовке оборудования включают: очистку, дезинфекцию, стерилизацию (химический способ), контроль на микробиологическую чистоту, рабочие поверхности должны быть гладкими и изготавливаться из нетоксичных коррозионностойких материалов, оборудование должно размещаться так, чтобы его ремонт можно было проводить за пределами чистых помещений.

<span style=«font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: „Times New Roman“;»> Отмериваем воду с помощью мерника, отвешиваем с помощью весов глицерин и желатин.
3. Получение желатиновой массы.
<span style=«font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: „Times New Roman“;»> Желатиновую массу готовят в чугунно-эмалированном реакторе с паровой рубашкой, снабженном якорной мешалкой (25-30 об/мин), автоматическим регулятором температуры, воздушным краном и подводкой вакуума. В воде, нагретой в реакторе до 70-75ºС, растворяют глицерин и загружают желатин при выключенной мешалке.
4. Фильтрование желатиновой массы через друк-фильтр.

5. Термостатирование желатиновой массы.
Приготовленную массу передают в термостат и выдерживают при температуре 45-50º С (в зависимости от концентрации желатина) для стабилизации 2,5-3 часа.
